We wanted to highlight one idea for our inaugural video series. This idea came from Jason and Alissa at The Legionnaire Saloon in Oakland. Before sharing the idea, we decided to pilot it for 2 months to assess customer reaction. Here’s a brief video of Jason explaining the project.

Impact of California Senate Bill SB-478

For our California venues, SB-478 is scheduled to went into effect on July 1, 2024. Adding a donation to FentCheck® to a customer’s bill is fine as long as it can be easily reversed (e.g., is NOT a mandatory charge). We suggest posting signage ensuring patrons understand that it is not mandatory and you are happy to remove the donation from the bill.
